Architecting a B2B2C Travel Ecosystem
To build a centralized "Source of Truth" that automates MOTAC compliance and empowers the massive freelance agent network.

Business Logic & Revenue Strategy
The Freemium Pivot
Designed a tiered entry model to maximize agency onboarding. Offering 5 free listings lowered the barrier-to-entry, creating a funnel for premium subscriptions.
"Micro-Lead" Monetization
Engineered a PPL model at RM0.50/click. Unlike standard leads (RM15-50), this created an "impulse purchase" price point for agencies, driving high-volume, low-friction revenue.
The Sub-Agent Infrastructure
Recognized that 70% of volume is driven by freelance agents. Architected a 2-Tier Distribution Logic where independent agents receive unique referral slugs, ensuring accurate credit for every lead generated.
Experience Design & Trust Systems
Trust-as-a-Feature (OCR)
To solve the MOTAC verification bottleneck, I designed an AI-powered OCR funnel. Agencies upload their license; the system extracts the license number and expiry, awarding a "Verified" badge automatically.

The Bento-Grid Interface
Organized complex package data—inclusions, flight times, itineraries—into a responsive Bento layout. This allows B2C travelers to scan high-density information quickly on mobile (the primary device for 85% of users).
Technical Governance & Lifecycle
Cloud Migration
Oversaw the transition from local MongoDB to MongoDB Atlas and Firebase App Hosting for high availability.
The Integrity Audit
Halted new features for a Full-Stack System Audit to ensure the "Lead Wallet" remained 100% stable during migration.
Scalability Protocol
Implemented Secrets Management and Environment Guardrails to ensure secure, reproducible code-anywhere workflows.
"A beautiful UI cannot save a flawed business model, and a great business model will fail if the trust-design is weak. By merging both, I created an Industry Operating System, not just a website."
